In July 1994, Ken Barlow moved to Reg Holdsworth's flat at No. 12 Coronation Street. Baby Daniel Osbourne was born on 4th January 1995, but Denise Osbourne found the situation too much and fled to her sister's in Macclesfield.

In April 1995, Ken let Deirdre and Samir Rachid stay in No. 12 whilst Tracy Barlow was in hospital, and he temporarily lodged at The Rovers.

In 2009 Jason Grimshaw and Tina McIntyre made a bid to purchase 12 Coronation St., and moved in to make repairs.
