18 Victoria Street is a business unit and was part of the Victoria Street redevelopment scheme of Duggie Ferguson. Construction was completed in April 2000 and the unit was first opened as a DIY shop called D & S Hardware - renamed as Sally's Hardware after Danny Hargreaves and Sally Webster split up - but the premises caught fire in April 2002. Diggory Compton bought the premises and turned it into a bakery but in 2006 he decided to sell up and in 2007 Jerry Morton bought the bakery and turned it into a takeaway. Jerry later sold the takeaway to Dev Alahan who renamed the premises Prima Doner. The takeaway holds the telephone number of 0161-715-1828.
