- 1936 - Blanche Linfield is born.
- 1964 - Schoolgirl Susan Schofield, a friend of Albert Tatlock's is knocked down outside Bessie Street School, just when Ken Barlow is campaigning on safety and facility matters for the children there. She later dies in hospital.
- 1975 - Len Fairclough is taken into custody, wanted for questioning in relation to the murder of Lynn Johnson.
- 1979 - Gail Potter discovers the mother of boyfriend Brian Tilsley is Ivy.
- 1986 - When Ken finds out his daughter Susan has got back with Mike Baldwin he goes to Baldwin's Casuals and thumps Mike, declaring "I've had enough of your poison in my family".
- 1999 - Evicted from the Rovers Return Inn, Jack and Vera Duckworth check into the Park Road B&B and discover that it's owned by old street resident Eunice Gee.
- 2010 - Sally Webster learns that an operation to remove her cancer has been successful. Sian Powers moves to Southport.
- 2018 - Anna Windass is found guilty of assaulting Seb Franklin despite being innocent. Gary Windass gets beaten up after discovering that Bethany Platt is working as a lap-dancer.
- 2020 - Hope Stape runs away from home wanting to be with her half-sister Jade Rowan. She is returned safely but Fiz, thinking that Jade snatched her, beats her to the floor with a chopping board.
- 2022 - Tim Metcalfe undergoes his triple heart bypass operation.
- 2024 - Goaded by a bullying Mason Radcliffe, Liam Connor punches Dylan Wilson and is suspended from school.
