Alan David Halsall was born 11th August, 1982 in Salford. He has played Tyrone Dobbs since Episode 4517 (30th November 1998). Previous roles included parts in Hetty Wainthropp Investigates, My Dad's a Boring Nerd, The Cops, Queer as Folk and Heartbeat. His TV debut was in Children’s Ward. He married former Street star Lucy-Jo Hudson in 2009 .
