Alison Bayley (born 8th April 1913 in Ormskirk, died 14th February 1965 in Manchester) appeared on Coronation Street as a waitress at the Lakeside Cafe in April 1961.

Her other roles include parts in My Sister and I, Shadow Squad, the BBC's 1959 adaptation of Arnold Bennett's Hilda Lessways (which co-starred Violet Carson as Auntie Hamps), Skyport, Kipps, Armchair Theatre, No Hiding Place, Z Cars and Here's Harry.

Also within the history of Coronation Street, she played the part of Martha Longhurst in the dry run of Episode 3, recorded in the summer of 1960, but was eventually passed over in favour of Lynne Carol.

On stage, she appeared in a Liverpool Repertory Company production of The Living Room at the city's Playhouse.
