Ann Haydn-Edwards appeared in Coronation Street in July 1988 as Mrs Smethurst, a neighbour of Percy Sugden when he moved for a short period to Parliament Street.
She also appeared in The Spongers (alongside Christine Hargreaves), Brookside, Bread, Watching and Heartbeat.
Her film roles were in Dancin' Thru the Dark and Priest.
