Bernard Lloyd (born 30th January 1934 in Newport, Gwent) appeared on Coronation Street as HHJ Yeomans, who presided over the trial of Deirdre Rachid and Jon Lindsay at Weatherfield County Court in March 1998.

RADA-trained, and a former member of the Royal Shakespeare Society, his other credits include roles in Emergency-Ward 10, A Farewell to Arms, Softly Softly: Task Force, Crown Court, Lytton's Diary, Casualty, Lewis and Midsomer Murders.

On stage he has appeared in productions including A Midsummer Night's Dream, Twelfth Night, A Christmas Carol, Le Cid, Coriolanus, A Chorus of Disapproval, Balmoral, The Possessed, The Winter's Tale, A Doll's House, Titus Andronicus, The Seagull, The Duchess of Malfi, Romeo and Juliet, Othello, Bartholomew Fair, The Silver Tassie, Troilus and Cressida, Doctor Faustus and Much Ado About Nothing.
