The unnamed Builder along with his workmate were standing at the counter in Roy's Rolls when Becky Granger arrived back to work. She was supposed to have been going home to get showered and changed before her shift in the cafe, but had instead gone out and bought some new clothes in a sale. Becky enjoyed friendly banter with the two men, showing off her new purchases and the builder stated that she had a look of Kate Moss about her, whilst his mate offered assistance to scrub her back. An unimpressed Roy Cropper reprimanded Becky as the cafe was getting busy.

The builder also worked under Tony Gordon on the development of the Victoria Court flats in April 2008.
