Bunny May (born 1940 in Blackpool) appeared on Coronation Street between September and October 1963 as Ethel Tyson's nephew Jim Pickup.

He began his career as a teenager on BBC children's television in the early to mid-1950s but later moved into adult roles in series such as No Hiding Place, Emergency-Ward 10, Redcap, Softly Softly, Up Pompeii!, BBC Play of the Month, My Wife Next Door, Crown Court, Rutland Weekend Television, Z Cars, Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em, The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin, Secret Army, Shine on Harvey Moon, Duty Free, Dempsey and Makepeace, London's Burning, Lovejoy, A Touch of Frost, Peak Practice and Birds Of A Feather.

On the big screen, he had a small part for Hitchcock in his 1972 film Frenzy. He retired from acting to run a car-rental business.
