Campbell Singer (born 16th March 1909 in London, died 16th February 1976 also in London) appeared on Coronation Street in January and April 1961 as Edwin Mason, brother of May Hardman. He made a return to the role in April 1963.

Best known for appearing between 1967 and 1969 in over two-hundred episodes of The Newcomers as Henry Burroughs, his other television credits include roles in The Royalty, Hancock's Half Hour, Private Investigator, Boyd Q.C., Danger Man, Citizen James, The Saint, The Avengers, Doctor Who, The Forsyte Saga, Z Cars, Dad's Army, Sykes, Rising Damp and Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em.

Film roles include Take My Life, Dick Barton: Special Agent, Operation Diamond, The Blue Lamp, Dick Barton at Bay, Pool of London, Emergency Call, The Yellow Balloon, The Titfield Thunderbolt, The Hands of Orlac, On the Beat and Go Kart Go.

On stage, he appeared in productions of Noose, A Wind on the Heath, Home at Seven, Lord Arthur Savile's Crime, The White Carnation, The Fifth Season, Spider's Web, Roseland, Beware of Angels, Misalliance and An Inspector Calls.
