Chloe Newsome (born December 1976, Millhouses, Sheffield) took over the role of Vicky McDonald (nee Arden) from Episode 3254 (19th July 1991), with the role having previously been played by Helen Warburton intermittently from Episode 3014 (5th January 1990) to Episode 3081 (13th June 1990). Chloe played the part until June 1996, returning briefly at Christmas 1998 before a final reprisal in Coronation Street - After Hours in November 1999. Her TV debut was in Children’s Ward, which led directly to her casting as Vicky.
