Chris Humphreys appeared in Coronation Street in December 1990 and April 1991 as Newton & Ridley promotions manager Clive Parnell.
He was born in Toronto, raised in Los Angeles until the age of seven and then grew up in the United Kingdom. He has also appeared in Buccaneer, Brideshead Revisited, Dempsey and Makepeace, The Bill, The Return of Shelley, Bugs and Silent Witness.
Film appearances include roles in Scandal, Out of Bounds and Scammerhead.
Now resident back in Canada, he is also an author of historical adventure novels and young adult fantasy novels under the name C.C. Humphreys.
