Danny Ashok appeared on Coronation Street in November 2011 as Arj, a university friend and short-term love interest of Amber Kalirai.
He completed training at Middlesex University and on television has appeared in The Bill, Casualty, The Dumping Ground, Silk and Chasing Shadows along with films Four Lions, The Wasp and the Caterpillar, The Tower and Perfume. On stage he has appeared in productions including The Djinns of Eidgah, Disgraced, The Royal Duchess Superstore, Henry IV Parts 1 & 2 and Blood & Gifts.
