Doctor Vickers was the hospital doctor who treated Jack Duckworth when he was rushed into Weatherfield General with a suspected heart attack in May 1999. She gave him a stress test (prompting Jack to ask if that meant if Vera was on her way back to visit him!) which involved him being on a treadmill from which she diagnosed angina and artery problems.
