He went for a paddle but she pinched his shoes and socks, causing them to miss the coach. Bet takes back charge of the Rovers. Vera tells Jack he'll lose his window round. He tells her that he's trying to make something of his life in the pub trade but she's holding him back. Terry and Curly go into house clearances. Audrey enjoys having Alf spending money on her.
