PlotEdit

Steve asks Pat Hegherty to come in with him on the Victoria Street development. Pat agrees so long as it's a 50-50 partnership, knowing Steve knows him as his credit is good with building firms. Steve agrees. Kevin is tormented by having sex with Sally. He doesn't believe her when she tells him it meant nothing and he mustn't tell Alison. Sally tells Gail about sleeping with Kevin and how she wishes she hadn't. Alison is thrilled when her workmates turn up at the Register Office for her wedding. Kevin tries to confess to her but chickens out and marries her. Jim and Linda are witnesses, Rosie and Sophie bridesmaids. Dev is astounded when people get at him for ordering Amy to have an abortion. Sally congratulates Alison on marrying Kevin. The Websters honeymoon in the Lake District. Dev confronts Amy in the Rovers and demands she stops her lies. Jim steps in and makes Dev leave. The Websters leave on honeymoon, watched by a saddened Sally.
