Ashley lies to Claire and promises her that he never had sex with Casey. Claire believes him and hugs him emotionally. Ashley's totally guilt-ridden. Hayley breaks down, upset over Aunty Monica's death. Roy and Becky try to comfort her. Hayley decides that despite not wanting to see her family as it will rake up some bad memories, she must attend the funeral. Emily's waxing lyrical over her trip to Chatsworth House. Norris seems very distracted. Doreen and Rita wonder what's up with him. Ashley and Claire go for a drink in the Rovers with Audrey and Bill. Ashley's uncomfortable and Audrey soon realises he's lied to Claire about Casey. Frank insists Cilla takes him to the Rovers as he wants to quiz her friends about what she's really like. Fiz thinks Frank's got the measure of Cilla and they're a good match. Eileen and Jerry meet for a drink. Frank introduces himself and slaps Eileen on the backside. Eileen's initially shocked but she and Jerry find it funny. Ashley receives a text from Casey. They meet up at a car park. Ashley tells her it's over between them as he loves Claire and always has. Casey's distraught.
