Maria's parents arrive to look after her. Maria's angry and tells them how she feels that they let her down as they didn't even show up to her wedding. Dot and Eric are contrite and apologise profusely. Maria breaks down and forgives them just glad to have the comfort of her mother. Amber's walking on air as she tells Molly about her evening with Darryl. Rosie's furious with John when he admits he still hasn't told Fiz about her and she has to remain locked up. John promises he'll tell Fiz this evening. Blanche persuades Deirdre to join her on a One o'clock Club trip to France. John tells Rosie about Liam's death. Rosie's shocked. Nina blackmails Dev into cancelling his date with Tara. Dev feels awful. Pam and Tyrone share out their earnings. Tyrone's delighted he's got enough to put a deposit on the wedding dress Molly's got her eye on. Maria meets Michelle, Helen, Barry and Tony for a drink. She tells them the police have found the car that killed Liam but it's burnt out. Tony acts in a very sympathetic manner. Fiz surprises John with a holiday - she's booked a cottage in Whitby. John's desperate to tell her about Rosie but can't bring himself to ruin the moment.
