Leanne tells Janice she's accepted the restaurant manager's job in Leeds as she's got to get away from Peter. Janice is upset. Joe's worried that he's no money to buy materials to start the kitchen job. Gail tries to give Joe a cheque to tide him over but Joe's too proud to accept it and throws it back in her face. Gail's hurt. Becky tells Steve she's not going to have a hen night as she doesn't trust herself so she's planning a quiet night in with Roy and Hayley. Tina admits to Gail she loves David to bits but he infuriates her. Gail feels the same about Joe. Leanne calls in the bookies demanding her wages. Peter begs her not to leave but Leanne's made up her mind. Dev's Uncle Umed arrives from Mumbai. Dev introduces him to Amber and Tara. Peter gets Simon to beg Leanne to stay. Leanne's annoyed that Peter could use his own son like that. She says a tearful goodbye and leaves. Joe meets Len at the lock-up and tells him the deal's still on as he's found the money.
