Gail hears from Sarah that she won't be coming to the wedding as Bethany's got chicken pox. Relations are frosty between Becky and Steve and Liz is concerned about the effect on Amy. Audrey tells Gail that she's booked a honeymoon in the Lakes for her and Joe. Joe spends the morning avoiding Rick's calls but when Rick catches up with him, he demands his money today. Joe's panic-stricken. Molly encourages Tyrone to go for a job interview at Hobson's. Tyrone agrees reluctantly. Sunita gives her blessing when Dev asks to take the twins to the zoo. Fiz signs Ken's petition against the bar. Peter invites him to collect Simon from school with him. Ken's grateful. Sally and Kevin cause bemusement when they leave work early for Sally's hospital appointment. Peter lets Simon go to Ken's house for tea. George asks Peter to consider sending Simon to a private school at his expense. Joe's angry when the bank refuses him a loan. He's further horrified when Gail reveals that the sale of the house has fallen through.
