Plot

Tina receives a bouquet of flowers supposedly from Joe. She's upset he couldn't be bothered to phone her and instead wasted his money on flowers. Roy warns Anna and John that he's going to have to reduce their hours at the café until business picks up. Rick harasses Gail for money. She closes the door in his face. Rick tries Tina instead but Jason tells him to shove off. Rick sets light to a newspaper and pushes it through Tina and Jason's letterbox. Jason puts the fire out and calls the police. Tina's very shaken. Tina sends a text to Joe telling him his loan shark has just tried to kill her. David reads the text and tells Gail they really should go to the police. Gail refuses. Gary arrives home for the weekend with his army friend Quinny. Jesse gives Eileen a watch as a present and tells her that he's spending the rest of his winnings by taking his parents on a holiday to Egypt. Eileen's gutted. Tina calls to see Gail and David and tells them that Jason's reported the loan shark to the police. David insists Gail tells her the truth. Tina's disbelieving as Gail explains how her dad has faked his own death. Audrey's fed up of spending her evenings alone and calls Lewis. David clocks the police through the window. Gail implores Tina not to tell them about Joe. A walker finds Joe's body.
