Peter is glad that he's got rid of Janice. Fiz prepares to see Joy's solicitor. Kevin is angry at Sally for ruining the viewing. Fiz's meeting goes well as she gains the solicitor's sympathy by telling him about Hope. She's surprised to learn however that he is a family friend and will be at the funeral. Joy has left Colin £8,000 plus her home and contents. Rosie gets an audition for a mother and baby photoshoot. She suddenly takes an interest in Jack. Kevin is thrilled as he thinks she's forgiven him. Peter lays a guilt trip on Leanne when she is mad at him for trying to walk. He goes for a bottle of vodka which he'd previously hidden. When he finishes the bottle, he phones Nick asking for help but Nick pretends he can't get there. Tracy isn't feeling good about her chances in court and has a go at Carla and Eileen over the job. Fiz thinks there won't be anyone else at the funeral. Nick and Leanne return to the flat to find Peter isn't there. He's in Carla's flat, asleep.
