Plot
The Tanners and Cheveskis get ready for the christening. Dennis is impressed when theatrical agent Lenny Phillips talent spots at the Orinoco Club. Dennis has cards made with the Rovers' phone number on them. Ena gives the baby a silver cross and chain which belonged to her mother. Paul cries through his christening. His godparents - Jack, Christine and Dennis join Ena and the family for a little party. David scores a home goal in his first match for the London team. Ida decides she will give up work. Betty Ridgeway refuses the Rovers job but the Walkers take on her friend, Nona Willis. Lenny Phillips calls up the Rovers to speak to 'Ricky Dennis' causing confusion to Jack and Annie.
