Carla tells Frank to get up and stop embarrassing her and quickly leaves the Rovers. Frank's gutted and gazes ruefully at the ring in his hand. Sylvia vows to turn the café around. She starts by making Becky pay for her tea and coffee. Frank finds Carla in the factory. He apologises for his ham-fisted proposal but assures her that he loves her and wants to marry her. Carla tells him that after Tony, she doesn't want to marry anybody. As Frank nurses his pride over a drink, Dev's sympathetic and tells him about Carla and Peter's row in the Corner Shop. Frank's intrigued. Roy and Hayley visit Fiz in prison. Fiz is upset that she's been given a cleaning job in the mother and baby unit. Cheryl tells Lloyd that if he wants Chris to move out she'll have a word. However, Lloyd knows Cheryl would never forgive him. With heavy heart Lloyd tells Chris that he's welcome to stay as long as he wants. Cheryl's pleased. Peter asks Carla if he's the reason she turned down Frank's proposal. Carla denies it. Fiz chats to a mother in the prison baby unit. She makes Fiz realise that there are worse places for a baby to live. Frank quizzes Carla about her row with Peter. He wants to know if she's still in love with Peter and that's why she turned him down. In a desperate attempt to deny her feelings for Peter, Carla tells Frank she will marry him. Frank's delighted.
