Sunita quickly gets dressed and pretends she's cleaning the flat while Karl hides in the wardrobe. Dev and Kevin don't notice anything amiss. Simon tells Peter he told the custody officer he wants to live with Leanne and locks himself in his bedroom. Peter is worried that Simon is off-balance. Tyrone tries to help Kirsty by telling her about Jackie Dobbs and says they will be good parents. She agrees not to leave. Marcus brings Aiden Lester to the Rovers and introduces him to Maria. Sophie finds Karl's wallet in the shop flat. Carla warns Leanne that if she uses her close relationship with Simon to destroy Peter she'll regret it and advises her to move to London as she had planned, offering her money as an incentive. Leanne vows to protect Simon and tells her to prepare for a fight. Sophie returns the wallet and is confused when Karl lies to Stella about where it was found. Sunita tells her Karl was staying in the flat while he was separated from Stella and she doesn't know. Aiden walks Maria home and is shocked when she makes a move on him. He tells her he's gay and he thought Marcus was interested in him. Sophie overhears Sunita and Karl having an intimate chat in the ginnel.
