Carla urges Peter to think about Simon instead of himself. Nick and Leanne plan their move but Gail thinks Leanne is leading Nick astray and will hurt him. Mary and Roy plan a chess rematch while Hayley is at a dance class. Faye puts her new trainers in the bin and tells Anna she left them on the bus. Beth finds lodgings at 17a Tile Street. Leanne tells Peter she and Nick are moving. He's happy for her until she tells him they're taking Simon. Tracy thinks she won't find somewhere to live before Steve throws her out. Emily offers her and Amy a room at No.3. Gail gives her blessing to Nick and Leanne leaving. Peter interrupts Carla's business call to complain about Leanne and Nick. Chesney passes his driving test. Anna has everybody for dinner at No.6 again. Owen admits he thinks Gary and Izzy having a baby is nuts. Peter accuses Carla of being thrilled about being rid of Simon. Carla's brother Rob Donovan turns up and grabs Peter for shouting at Carla.
