Anna arranges a family meeting and warns Owen to be reasonable. Owen accuses her of being biased towards Gary and Izzy as she wants a grandchild. Ryan flirts with customers and jams the switchboard at Street Cars. Lloyd want to sack him but Steve tells him it was an accident. Owen is surprisingly diplomatic and apologises for ruining the christening but hasn't changed his mind about Katy being a surrogate. Chesney pledges to support Katy but later admits to Owen that he rathers Katy wasn't involved. Owen advises him to tell Katy this. Tina invites Tyrone to No.12 to cheer him up but it's not interested. Kevin's building work at No.13 continues to keep Paul awake. Paul refuses to use earplugs as he hates them. Tracy tells Amy about Ryan being a druggie. Steve accuses her of being jealous of Michelle. Sunita pleads Karl's case to Rob. Rob later overhears Eva bragging to the girls about setting Karl up and reprimands her. Chesney tells Katy he thinks Gary and Izzy are taking advantage of her.
