The Clerk appeared at Frank Foster's bail hearing at Weatherfield Magistrates Court in September 2011.
Accused of raping Carla Connor, the bail application was denied because it was strongly felt that Frank couldn't be trusted to stay away from Carla. The Judge referred the case to Weatherfield Crown Court and Frank was remanded in custody.
