Plot[]
Liam introduces himself to a jet-lagged Deirdre as the new owner of the 40% share of Underworld. Cilla encourages Chesney to play truant to help her with the online auction. Ashley instructs Claire to have some time to herself with the baby instead of rushing round to look after her mum. A dismayed Deirdre confronts Adam about throwing away Mike's business. Liz, Violet and Michelle discuss the possibilities of losing their jobs. Liz grills Ashley to find out Fred's intentions but to no avail. Claire tells Ashley that her mother has suffered a fall and she's going to visit her. Cilla brags to Yana about reaping the benefits of online auctions. Liam fails to make a good impression on the girls when he criticises Kelly's choice of clothing and sends her home to change. Under pressure David lies to his headmaster and names three lads as the bullies. Ashley is astonished to see Yvonne, who has been in Greece, and he realises Claire has been lying. Yvonne is disgusted with her daughter's actions. Again, Steve tells Liz to take out a mortgage on the Rovers and Liz begins to agree. Cilla's frantic selling of her property lands her in trouble with Les, but somehow she worms her way out. Ashley, Yvonne and Audrey go on a wild goose chase searching for Claire and the baby. Claire, in a world of her own, chats to herself and the baby purposefully, and sets off to an unknown destination.
