Plot[]

Part One: Janice argues with Trevor Dean, the binman, when he refuses to empty her overfilled wheelie bin. She clings to the truck as he tries to drive away. Liz finds out from Becky that Steve had Kelly in the Rovers' flat. Becky refuses to let her touch the binbag of belongings. Rosie says she's "nil by mouth" as she's due for her operation at 2.00pm. Sophie tells her that she's "nil by brain". Kevin worries that the procedure might go wrong. Liz and Michelle ask Steve how far he went with Kelly. Becky knocks back brandy at 9.00am. She goes out, ignoring Steve's order to talk to him. Tyrone suggests to Molly that they should go for a drink together but, in front of Dev, she cuts him down, saying no unless he realises they're mates and nothing else. Tyrone leaves the corner shop feeling crushed. With Gail out of the No.8, Joe phones the life insurance company who tell him that both signatures are needed on the agreement. Kevin asks Tyrone to look after the garage so he can be with Rosie. Becky drinks at the bus stop alongside the bin bag. Passing by, Hayley sees that she's troubled. Rosie's grateful for Kevin's offer to accompany her to the clinic.

Part Two: Steve makes Kelly tell Becky that nothing went on between them, but Becky says she doesn't care and leaves again, still with her binbag. Mary winds Tina up with her constant singing in The Kabin. Joe apologises to Tina for the scene he caused in the street. At the clinic, Kevin and Rosie have a heart-to-heart about why she wants to change her body image, with Kevin telling her that getting the perfect body won't ensure she ends up with perfect man. Steve tells Dev that he's hoped to provoke Becky into a row when he was with Kelly so they could make up afterwards. Janice celebrates her victory over the bin man, admitting to Leanne that she thought he was cute. Hayley finds Becky back drinking at the bus stop and persuades her to come with her to the cafe. Tyrone snaps and tells Molly that if she's not willing to give their marriage another chance he wants her out of his life for good. Molly's taken aback. Thinking about Sally, Rosie breaks down and tells Kevin she can't go through with her boob job. Hayley tells Becky she knows there's something upsetting her that she's keeping to herself. Kelly admits she was at an undertaker organising a funeral. A saddened Molly sits down to her evening meal alone. As Becky empties the binbag onto the table, she explains to a shocked Roy and Hayley that her mother has died. She insists that Steve isn't told.
