Plot[]
Nick moves out of No.8 and into 9 Victoria Court with Natasha. She's uncomfortable when Nick talks about the baby kicking. Fiz asks John to accompany her to her twelve-week scan on Friday. Chesney's excited when his new business cards arrive. Steve and Becky nervously attend the Adoption Service to find out if they have been approved to adopt. Stressed Becky slips outside and scrounges a cigarette from a woman to calm her nerves. Sally offers to prepare a special meal tomorrow to celebrate Sophie's exam results. While Steve breaks the ice with the adoption panel, Becky's perturbed to see that the woman who gave her a cigarette is one of them. When questioned, Becky maintains that she's a non-smoker. Chesney asks Owen for Katy's number. Owen sends him packing. Fiz chats to Natasha about pregnancy. Natasha listens hoping to learn a few tips. Becky admits her smoking transgression to Steve. He's convinced they've blown it. Sian's disappointed when Sophie says she can't see her tomorrow. Owen chats up Eileen in the hope of getting Liz's attention but Liz is preoccupied. Natasha pretends to have an aversion to Nick's pasty. Steve and Becky are called back in to hear the panel's verdict. Becky butts in and admits to having a smoke earlier and apologises, but begs them to see she could make a child happy. She nervously awaits a response.
