Plot[]
Kevin feels the Caseys have kicked him in the teeth. Jenny is suddenly interested in Mark. Mike is annoyed that Jackie has overruled him over Sandra Rogers. Jackie offers Sandra a job in accounts so she doesn't have to see Mike. Mark swears to Kevin that he didn't know about the present. Phil Jennings sends Deirdre flowers. Sandra refuses to work in accounts and hits back at Jackie when she sides with Mike by telling her that she and Peter had an affair for the last eighteen months and walks out. Tom Casey tells Kevin that Mark will be boss but he couldn't have risen so high without Kevin's help. He doesn't understand why Kevin doesn't like it. Sandra's revelation preys on Jackie's mind but Mike suggests she lied to get her own back. Jenny borrows money from Rita for interview clothes but uses it to buy Mark a Walkman. Mike moves into Peter's office. Deirdre doesn't tell Ken or Tracy who sent her the flowers. Jenny borrows make-up from Steph and makes an impression on Mark. He's surprised by her expensive gift and goes off with her. Mike shows Alma around the factory and they celebrate his success with champagne. Mark takes Jenny out, to Rita's surprise. Kevin tells Sally that he's finished with the garage.
