Plot[]
Alison is saddened by Linda being engaged to Mike. Linda is put out when Mark introduces his girlfriend Clare Machin to her and Mike. Jim tells Gwen about being in a wheelchair. She tells him she left Laurie Loveday because he used to hit her. Les spends the day searching for Jez and is stunned when he's warned off by the barman at the Weatherfield Arms who says Jez is scum. Kevin asks Alison to marry him again and is thrilled when she agrees. Jim is upset when Gwen tells him she never wants to be involved with a violent man again. She is upset when he cools towards her.
