The Estate Agent arranged a viewing of 12 Victoria Court in March 2016 prior to selling it for Carla Connor. She tidied the flat scrupulously and when the agent arrived, he complemented her on the fragrance in which he detected a hint of gardenia. All seemed well until the viewer herself arrived - Tracy Barlow, playing games with Carla and determined to get her out of Weatherfield under threat of blackmailing her with the knowledge that she had been unfaithful to her fiancé Nick Tilsley.
Carla gritted her teeth as Tracy went over the flat but lost it when she referred to the bedroom as a "slapper's boudoir". The estate agent could also see the way that things were going and fled, claiming that he had another appointment.
