Julia Sybil Lang (born "Julia Jones", 1921 in London, died 1st April 2010 in Aldeburgh, Suffolk) appeared on Coronation Street in three roles:
- A court usher in November 1973
- Community Centre committee member Dorothy Rankin between November 1975 and June 1976
- Mavis Riley's cousin Ethel Platt, appearing between July and August 1977.
Best known for presenting the BBC radio programme Listen with Mother, her other credits included roles in Bootsie and Snudge, Crown Court, Whodunnit?, Angels and The Ruth Rendell Mysteries.
On stage, she appeared in productions of Blithe Spirit, She Stoops to Conquer, The Seagull, Juno and the Paycock, Smith, Pride Shall Have a Fall and A Family and a Fortune.
