Isaac was the barman at Dalebrook Hall where the aborted wedding of Nick Tilsley and Leanne Barlow was due to take place on Christmas Day 2012. When it was called off after Nick heard that Leanne had visited Peter Barlow, he drowned his sorrows in the bar and his sister-in-law Kylie Platt joined him.
After several drinks, Isaac told the pair that he had to close the bar, even for a guest in the honeymoon suite. As Nick had a bottle of champagne waiting there, he took Kylie up to the suite where, fortified by alcohol, they both took things much further than either of them had intended.
