Raymond Stanley Lonnen (born 18th May 1940 in Bournemouth, died 11th July 2014 in Ealing, London) appeared on Coronation Street between May and June 1975 as oil rig toolpusher Maurice Gordon, who frequented the Gatsby Club.

Having attended Stourfield School and the Hampshire School of acting, his first professional acting job was in theatre at Belfast.

His other television credits included roles in Honey Lane, Z Cars, The Doctors, Holly, New Scotland Yard, Melissa, Crown Court, General Hospital, Rooms, The Sandbaggers, Harry's Game, The Brief, Yellowthread Street, Rich Tea and Sympathy, Johnny and the Dead, Starhunter and The Bill, along with the recurring role of Vic Barnes in Crossroads from 2001 to 2002. He was also heard as Smokey Controller in the children's animated series Budgie the Little Helicopter.

On stage, he appeared in productions of The Hot Tiara, Murder in the Cathedral, The Private Ear and the Public Eye, The Confederacy, An Ideal Husband, The Happiest Days of Your Life, Doctor Faustus and Alfred Keeps The Key for the Farnham Repertory Company. Other works include Death of a Salesman, The Norman Conquests, Run for Your Wife, Having a Ball, In Praise of Love and Stage Struck.
