Mollie Maureen (born "Elizabeth Mary Campfield" on 16th August 1904 in Ireland, died 26th January 1987 in London) appeared on Coronation Street in June 1969 as the elderly Mrs Allendale, who found the unsupervised Peter and Susan Barlow in Belle Vue animal park.

Her career began on BBC radio in the mid-1930s on musical and review shows such as Standing on a Corner, A Southern Maid and Tomorrow's Luck. She made her television debut in 1939 in A Ship in the Bay and during the Second World War, read out short stories on the Home Service and appeared in Children's Hour.

As television grew in the 1950s, she appeared on the medium more frequently, with a recurring role as Granny Fraser in Crossroads from 1964 to 1975, also being seen in The Thompson Family, Emergency-Ward 10, Dixon of Dock Green, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Z Cars, Dr. Finlay's Casebook, Merry-Go-Round, Clochemerle, Cranford, Jack the Ripper, Crown Court, Crossroads, Oh Happy Band, Great Expectations, The Setbacks, Emmerdale Farm, Angels and Langley Bottom.

Film roles included parts in Silent Playground, Twisted Nerve, The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes, The Return of the Pink Panther, The Orchard End Murder, The Wicked Lady, Curse of the Pink Panther and Little Dorrit.

On stage, she appeared in productions of The Man who Came to Dinner, The Scarecrow, Sacred Cow, Naked, The Devil's Disciple, The Lupin-Blue Dress, The King's Mare and Yellow Sands.
