Alan Starkey (born 24th March 1931 in Barnoldswick, Lancashire; died 3rd November 2003 in Deux-Sèvres, France) appeared on Coronation Street in June 1976 as rep Neville Radd, who with friend George MacDonald, drove Elsie Howard, Bet Lynch and Rita Littlewood back home from a club.

His other credits included roles in Crown Court, All Creatures Great and Small, Last of the Summer Wine, Emmerdale Farm, Horace, Open All Hours, How We Used to Live, The Practice, A Sort of Innocence and Till We Meet Again.

On stage, he appeared in productions of All Together Now, Just a Verse and a Chorus, Funny Peculiar and A Love Match.
