Paul Seddon was the cousin of Sally Webster.
In November 2005, his daughter Nicolette traced her family tree in a history class at Weatherfield High when she discovered that her and fellow student Sophie Webster were distantly related.
Sally didn't approve of Nicolette, especially when she encouraged Sophie to smoke. Kevin and Sally decided to visit with Paul and his wife Suzanne during the following month and Sally was peeved to see that her cousin had become rich and successful. After a heated exchange, Paul and Suzanne decided that Sophie was a bad influence on Nicolette and all contact ceased.
