The Receptionist was working at Weatherfield General when Lloyd Mullaney arrived to pick up Chris Gray, who was supposedly in for radiotherapy. However, she told him that there was nothing on the system suggesting Chris had an appointment. Lloyd then told her that his consultant was Dr Barton but the receptionist told him that she wasn't working that day, leaving Lloyd confused.
