Stephanie Smith was Mark Casey's date at Kevin and Sally Webster's third anniversary party at 13 Coronation Street in 1989. Stephanie worked at a record shop near the Poly, but didn't recognise Jenny Bradley or Stuart Haley who were students there. As the party came to an end, Mark and Stephanie were just leaving when a drunken Martin Platt made a spectacle of himself by proclaiming his love for Gail Tilsley to an embarrassed Ivy Brennan.
