Constantin de Goguel (born "Constantine Liebert" on 16th September 1942 in New York, United States of America) appeared on Coronation Street in March 1977 as Vince Denton, the lover of Janet Barlow after she'd left husband Ken (the role was previously played by Mike Hayward in 1975).

The son of a Dutch journalist father and Russian actress mother, he moved to England in 1950 with his mother following the divorce of his parents and attended Dartington Hall School before furthering his studies at Trinity College, Dublin. While there, he was the President of the Trinity College Players and continued his stage work across the London front.

His other on-screen credits (later under the name "Constantine Gregory"), date back to the late 1960s and include roles in The Flight of the Heron, The Doctors, The Terracotta Horse, Soldier and Me, Hannah, Starfleet, Bergerac, The Far Pavilions, The Secret Servant, Mussolini: The Untold Story, Pursuit, Love Hurts, 99-1, La Femme Musketeer, Whitechapel, The Tunnel and For All Mankind.

He also appeared in films including Before Winter Comes, The Revolutionary, There's a Girl in My Soup, Diamonds Are Forever, The Tamarind Seed, Voyage of the Damned, Enter the Ninja, The Last Emperor, GoldenEye, Gregory's Two Girls, Shanghai Knights, Flawless, Showreel, 6 Underground, Wonder Woman 1984, Jolt and The King's Man.

On stage, he appeared in productions of Coriolanus, Julius Caesar, Antony and Cleopatra and Titus Andronicus for the Royal Shakespeare Company. Other works include The Constant Wife, Rabelais and Joking Apart.
