Frank Crawshaw

Frank Crawshaw (4th September, 1899 - 2nd April, 1984) played Arnold Tanner, Elsie's first husband, in episodes of Coronation Street in 1961 and 1966. Elsewhere he could be seen in Z-Cars, Doctor Who and Men of Rochdale, a dramatised documentary celebrating the Co-operative society's centennial anniversary.
