Goran Milanovic was an illegal immigrant who was working at the caravan park in Blackpool that Toyah Battersby came to stay at.

He was a photography student who had been in the UK for seven months, and although he did appear to have genuine feelings for Toyah, he proposed to her with the aim of staying in the UK. After much heart searching, Toyah turned him down.
