Greg was a restaurant critic from the Gazette who dined at Nick Tilsley's Bistro in August 2011. Gail, having recently been hired as a waitress, served him but was overbearingly enthusiastic and lost a nail in his food. Greg subsequently left. Nick in turn told his mother that she's not cut out for waitressing and cut her back down to being a cleaner.
