Henry Longhurst (born 7th February 1891 in Brighton, died 11th April 1970 in Reading) appeared on Coronation Street in June 1968 as Harry Dunscombe, curator of the Fusiliers' Museum in Bury, and old wartime friend of Albert Tatlock.

His other credits included roles in Scott Free, Whack-O!, Golden Girl, Best of Friends, St. Ives, The Forsyte Saga and The Newcomers.

On stage, he appeared in productions of Good Losers, A Ship Comes Home, Flood Tide, Jupiter Laughs, Skylark, Life with Father, Albertine by Moonlight, The Rainmaker, Lady at the Wheel, Gilt and Gingerbread and The Ring of Truth.
