Irlin Hall (8th July, 1923 - 9th February1991) appeared in Coronation Street in May 1972 as Corner Shop customer Mrs Fletcher.

She also appeared in ITV Playhouse, The Jazz Age, Hadleigh, The Stars Look Down, Hazell and Tales of the Unexpected. In the cinema she appeared in Private's Progress and Up Pompeii.

She was best known for her work in theatre and stage musicals including Pacific 1860, The Globe Review, Divorce Me, Darling!, Sing a Rude Song and Guys and Dolls.

She was married to actor Olaf Pooley in 1946 and their daughter is the actress Kirstie Pooley.
