Jean Stevens appeared in Coronation Street in March 1990 as a Lollipop Lady who filled in for an injured Percy Sugden.
She also appeared in Hetty Wainthropp Investigates, Cold Enough For Snow (written by Jack Rosenthal), This Is Personal: The Hunt for the Yorkshire Ripper, Fat Friends, Birthday Girl, Heartbeat, Strictly Confidential, Blue Murder and The Royal Today.
On radio, she was heard in the 2005 play Missing.
