Jeni Howarth Williams appeared on Coronation Street in three roles:
- A Check In Person at Manchester Airport when Ashley and Maxine Peacock were flying off on their honeymoon in September 1999
- Sheila Hayes in 2001
- Sandra, an employee at Dev Alahan's shop in Gorton in November 2005.
The first two of these parts she acted under the abbreviated name of Jeni Williams.
Having completed a three-year Acting course at Manchester's Laine Johnson Theatre School, she has been credited for roles in Children's Ward, Cops, Hollyoaks, Linda Green, Emmerdale, Clocking Off, The Royal, Cold Blood and the 2011 film Best Little Whorehouse in Rochdale. On stage she has also appeared in productions including Salford Stutters, Paperboys, Miracle and Hotshot.
In January 2012 she played the part of Elsie Tanner in three episodes of the programme adapted for public performance which were staged at the Lass O'Gowrie pub in Manchester under the umbrella title of 1968 Corrie by Jack Rosenthal.
